1/3 $600 eff.

The villain in the hand is an older rec player. He has been limping and calling raises pre-flop a lot. Then playing fit/fold post flop.

Hero has solid TAG image.

Here has TT in bb. Villain limps in utg + 2 there is one caller and I raise to $15, Villain calls, the other guy folds.

Flop($35): A 7 T

I bet $20 call.

Turn ($75): 8

I bet $60 call (he asked how much, thought for 5 seconds and called)

River($195): J

I bet $90 he insta-raises to $190

Thoughts on betting the river and should I be calling

Bad run out but I think I just pay him off given the odds. 4.75:1. He can have AJ here a small percent. I'm actually worried about KdQx. I think your bet is fine and he's basically min raising so it's a call. He's only making it $100 more right?

Iam folding this river most of the time I pretty sure villain was slow playing a flush or he backed into a straight. I never see a min raise on the river as a bluff especillay when we have been very aggressive post from a older rec player lol.

I think it's a clear fold. don't think he's ever raising here without atleast a straight.

Yeah probably a flopped slow played flush given villains image. I don't mind betting river but kinda sucks to fold for so little. This guy's strategy appears to be limp/call/try to hit the nuts. I doubt he's doing anything with a non-nut hand like bluff here.

I'm likely check folding river, straights are there flush is there. Most LL players aren't value betting AJ there in my experience

In a vacuum once a fit/fold player takes an aggressive line on the one street where bluffing frequencies are close to 0 this seems like a fold.

But, these hands/threads are getting so hard to analyze without even a speck of some idea on what his range might look like here.

I agree that this is a bet fold otr..... I also think the flop sizing could be bigger around 30.

I agree on the check fold being a better line. I could even bet fold if he raised bigger but the min raise seem like we just have to pay it off as there has to be a 10-15% freak out factor by a lot of rec players.
