    There are no hole cards but I'm saying right now at 100bb stacks it's never ok to call a 3! With 44 just to set mine.

    I don't ever want to play 44 against an unknown regular (meaning, you have no reason to think he is terrible) this shallow.

    Fold to the raise preflop.

    There's very few ways to play 44 well (ie win) out of position in a 3! pot other than hitting a set -- the pre call is a "spew", you're absolutely set mining here & getting bad odds.

    Flop you should just give up & cut your losses. Doing anything except giving unknowns big respect after they 3bet & CB on a Q hi board is pure hubris.
