New to Crush Live Poker?

Do we want to get called when we shove?

Apologies for the vague title.

I'm in a discussion over on r/poker and am interested in the input of the community here. The situation is that we are at a final table but the bubble hasn't burst. We are short with 7BB and shove A5 suited. It folds round to the BB who says he will fold if we show him an ace.

Let's assume we trust the BB's word and he would fold and also that he hasn't worse than our hand. Do we show an ace and get the fold or stay silent and get the call? Why?

Also assume we're not killing our hand by exposing a card

WAAAAY too many variables. How many are getting paid, what are sizes of other stacks, what are skill levels of other players, when is the next blind level increase...that's just off the top of me head.

This absolutely sounds like a reddit debate though. Story checks out. ;)
