$2-$3 NLHE. $200 - $600 cap

Opponent: a reg in the $2-$3 game although I haven't played much with him as I usually play $1-$3. He is in the BB.
Effective stack is $475.
Preflop: There are 4 limpers and we complete with 4 4 in the SB. 6 handed.
Pot: $18
Flop: 7 4 3 giving me middle set. I lead for $15. BB & OTB call. We are now 3 handed.
Pot: $60
Turn: J . I bet $25. BB raises to $75. OTB folds and it's back on us. What would you do here & why? I decided to call.
Pot: $210
River: 2 . I check. He bets $150. What's your play & why?

This hand is high enough on the food chain to call the river. There are few scenarios where we're ahead here though. Looks like flopped straight played to disguise. If that's wrong then it's set over set which we only beat 1 of 3 choices. There is a subset of players that would lead a turned flush draw and bluff the missed river but a read is required.

I like raising turn cause if he doesn't have a straight then we are wayy ahead and he has enough combo draws and strong equity hands to call here.
