Saw this hand go down yesterday night, thought it was interesting. (I was not involved.)
Our hero just sat down with a full $200, which is the effective stack. Super nit limps UTG with TT, OMC limps behind with QQ (!!!), fish limps from the HJ with KdJd, hero overlimps the BTN with Ah7h. Blinds check.
Flop (10) QhTh6s. Check to the OMC, who leads for 30. Fish and hero call, and nit c-r all in. OMC overships (he and HJ had 300+, HJ snaps, hero thinks for a while and calls. Turn 8h, river blank, and the hero takes down an $800 pot in less than five minutes.
HJ comments, "I knew you were on a flush draw!".
I love poker.
