I'm flattered you decided to openly dedicate a podcast to me, even after "epicly" owning me by pointing out I listened to a free podcast for free.

Engaging listen as always. Loved the rant about religious republicans. The brutal honesty is extremely refreshing.

@AbeLimon Again with the sweeping generalizations. Understand that you can't be smart, and generalize the way you do (wise up bucko, you have potential). Just because a person is religious doesn't mean they are dumb.

I love these podcasts so much I got up from my table at Aria on my vacation to go to the bar, puff a cigar, sip an excellent glass of whiskey and listen to this week's edition. I was not disappointed. Back to pokering.

Wow! You only had to go back to the 1600s to find a Christian intellectual! Keep swinging for the fences lil slugger!

You go ahead and prop bet with the reality based community, no one is stopping you. I'll stick with owning morons who are trying to figure out how Noah fit dinosaurs on a boat. Lol.

Here is the creationism base theme park that is being created with the support of public funds. And it will have Noah's Ark and Dinosaurs.

Nothing proves your point like a guy who's been dead for 250 years. And then there are the people in Texas right now standing around empty lakes praying to God to make it rain because they think God control the planets temperature and rain patterns. They refuse to believe a proven fact like global warming because it conflicts with their belief in a supreme being. So they chose the path that will do them (and everyone else) the most harm. You can do well in school and have a good job and still be an idiot.

c'mon Jcw. Some dude in 1600 might have had a high iq before iq as a concept existed. Talking to an invisible daddy about the 6000 year old earth is obviously the path towards critical thinking.

Nutsuppercut is a fun idiot. Sorta like 2 hats. Maybe I'll have him on the show. The really funny part is if he knew my IQ and Mensa membership date he might have to link me in arguments against me (which would really chap his hide)

agree with you regarding GOP, Abe, but prolly for different reasons?
Repubs are idiots... they endorse Marx's 10 planks of the communist manifesto unwittingly, the Dems more or less wittingly...

this might have been the best episode to date. plenty of unscrupulous people in the poker world, but fortunately there are plenty of good people too. thats why it so bad to berate the rec players.

religious red state populous,,,,,, omg,, don't get started...

@AbeLimon I get how people can choose not to believe in religion, or God. What I don't get is how vile atheists are toward people who do believe. The question of where we come from is glaringly important and open-ended. Most historians believe Jesus existed, some of us believe he was divine. The fact of the matter is NOBODY knows what happens when you die, but the only people saying they know what doesn't is atheists.

Despite what the left thinks church and state are separate. People like @pokertime blame Christianity for global warming? Give me a fucking break!

Regardless of any one person's political beliefs, there are smarter people out there who have the opposite beliefs.

Also, anyone who argues so strongly for one side is trying to people off in order to initiate a debate, because he has fun debating. Nothing wrong with that.
