Abe is great! Quality of sound with the pops and crack at the end, I had to turn it off. I would pay to listen to Abe every day.

Abe I recently had a private lesson with a coach. Instantly after the session my win rate was cut in half. Wtf! Cut in half! Is there a drop off after a session or lesson to assimilate the lesson. The coach is solid and his advice was spot on, if not a bit basic. But what the hell I go on a loser watching thousands get pushed across the table. Any thought beside don't go back to the coach or should I get more coaching?

look at the decisions you made based on your coaching, were they good decisions? did you get the money in good? thats all that matters.

    Abe-
I recently didn't get any coaching and then I got stacks in on the turn with a set vs a naked overpair (I was playing unlimited hold them) and he binked the river. Should I get coaching ?

Abe, what type of percentages of rake would you expect to receive from the casino when hosting a game? I want to make a proposal to my local casino, but need some advice on where to start.

Thanks and keep up the good work.

offer them a game they dont/cant spread. ask for half the rake. negotiate from there.

After getting coaching, or reading a book or video, sometimes i have had downswings in the past as you may overdo the concepts you just learned, or you might experience pains as you integrate concepts into your game badly. Then you adjust to the new concepts. Its happened to me.
