As some of you may have noticed, in order to be able to read chip updates on WSOP.com, you have to log in via Google or Facebook. Some people may find this a bit annoying, so here's how to get around it.Desktop
On a desktop computer, using Chrome or FireFox, just install this extension called "BehindTheOverlay":https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/behindtheoverlay/ljipkdpcjbmhkdjjmbbaggebcednbbme
When the overlay pops up, just click on the "BehindTheOverlay" icon in the upper-right corner of your browser's toolbar, and it'll disappear.iPhone/iPad
On your iPhone or iPad, it's a little more work, but it can be done for free. Download and install the free 1Blocker app:https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/1blocker-block-ads-tracking/id1025729002?mt=8
Then follow these steps:
1) Go to Settings->Safari->Content Blockers and enable 1Blocker
2) Launch the 1Blocker app, and scroll down to the "Hide Page Elements" item (with a blue "CSS" icon next to it), and tap on it
3) In the "Blocker Name" field, put: WSOP
4) In the CSS Selector field put: #wsopContentGatingContainer
All of the above has to be typed exactly how it appears, with no spaces, and capitalization matters.
Save it, and away you go. No more ads on your iPhone while you browse chip updates!
