Villain in the hand plays tight. All I really know about him is that he grinds a lot of online tourneys. We don't have any history. He also runs a home game.

I make it 18 over 1 limp w TT villain limp calls from ep

Flop (36) 244r
he checks I bet 20 he calls

Turn (75) 7r
he checks
I bet 35 he calls

River (145) J
he checks
Hero? What's our River sizing?

since there are no obvious front door or back door draws that missed it might be a bit harder to get value from worse.
    *******Player dependent- $80/$90
If he's not bluff raising or just check back.

I make the flop and turn bigger like $25 then $70 but whatever on that.

He's either trapping with a 4/22 or he's decided to call down with 88/99. "I put you on AK bro" I think I just make it $100 and fold to a raise.

I used smaller sizing on purpose... I didn't want to give him a reason to fold as I'm pretty sure he views me as a pretty tight player. Maybe I take it too far sometimes and should just use regular sizing.

I definitely thinks he folds on the turn for 70

Part of that is the pot is a little bigger so your betting $70 into $86. I hear what you are saying I just wouldn't go that small. If he's calling $35 he might call $50. If they fold they fold.

    b/f all day long

(bigger flop, creates bigger turn and river - pots grow geometrically)
